Heart-tugging urgency and warmth are to be found in David Mallett’s sturdy, throwback vocals.  Vocalizing that’s ideally suited for the Maine-based singer/songwriter’s old-school country inclinations towards love of country as in this offering’s title track, or just plain love- “Ring For You” and a fondness for story songs- “Girl With The Golden Hair”, “Last Farmer’s Ball”.
