About the Album

This album has been a long time coming.  Recorded in two separate sessions at The Music Shed New Orleans it is a testament to singleminded artistic vision.  The two sessions happened five years apart and the final overdubs were all done from Nicole's home.  Armed with a Protools rig and a very good Lawson microphone; Nicole could take her time getting the vocal overdubs and other little touches completed without having to worry about paying for studio time.  This is her 2nd release on her boutique label Emoveré Recordings.  Since the project was self financed Nicole used the downtime until capital could be raised for  "Something Out Of Nothing" to create three paintings that would be used for the CD design.
