Pandora's board of directors has appointed founder Tim Westergren CEO, replacing Brian McAndrews. The change takes place immediately. Also, Mike Herring has been named President and Chief Financial Officer and Sara Clemens has been named Chief Operating Officer. Chief Product Officer Chris Phillips takes on end-to-end product development and delivery
