Cat Wells Blues Band formed in the Okanagan Valley in 2021, blending blues with funky overtones in their five-piece ensemble. This Canadian band performs original Blues music, mostly written by Cat, that has a bent for syncopation. Although the band has only been together 3 years, Cat is no stranger to the blues circuit, performing under the name “PHAT Betty” since the mid 90’s. Cat has been featured in both Wild Life Magazine and Okanagan Life Magazine and has twice won favourite female vocalist presented the Okanagan Arts council.
