Escape Barcelona is the band's first album and contains all original songs. It was recorded at Butter Sound Studios in Everett, Washington, USA, during 2016, and was released in March 2017. Escape Barcelona was produced by Chip Butters and Amigos Nobles. The album is available at several online outlets, including: cdbaby, iTunes, Spotify, Google Play & Amazon.

Amigos Nobles band members are -  Jerry Wirkkala, Richard Ferguson, and Angelo Ortiz.

Jerry Wirkkala is a masterful guitarist who has been fusing nuevo-flamenco, blues and jazz, and has performed around the Seattle, WA area for a number of years before being joined by long-time friend, Richard Ferguson.

Richard Ferguson has been a rock guitar player for many years, and became inspired to learn some of the Euro-Nuevo-Flamenco style songs Jerry was playing after attending a Gipsy Kings concert. Richard's rock roots have not disappeared and are apparent in the music of Amigos Nobles. When Jerry and Richard were joined by percussionist, Angelo Ortiz, Amigos Nobles began evolving into something much greater than anticipated.

Angelo Ortiz is a well-known, gifted percussionist, named Best Instrumentalist by the Washington Blues Society in 2016. Angelo had multiple previous nominations for best percussionist, and has appeared on the cover of Big City Rhythm and Blues Magazine, a nationally published music trade magazine. Angelo has played with many well-known musicians, and appears on too many CD's and recordings to name. 

 

Please take a listen because everybody, even the rockers, metal heads, and blues crowds seem to enjoy the music of Amigos Nobles. The guitar work is amazing, along with very intelligent, meaningful percussion. Amigos Nobles' music is very energetic, fun to listen to, and fans enjoy seeing the intensity that Amigos Nobles plays with live.
