The power and style Sena Ehrhardt has displayed ever since her debut disc are back in evidence on her third offering with even more focus and impact.  The rapidly rising Midwest blues star’s signature icy/hot vocal style continues to impress and mature.  The absence of her dad Edward Ehrhardt’s smokin’ lead guitar work here is compensated for by a band sound more sculpted around the singer.  Ballads rule on Planet Sena, including “Help Me Through The Day”, but she still serves up a sassy rock cover of  Larry Williams’ “Slow Down”.
