John Nemeth’s righteous pipes and respectable harp are bolstered by an energized vocal chorus and “up” vibes all around on a set of mostly covers on which even the down-themed tunes can’t escape an overall good-time atmosphere.  The iconic chorus of the title track is returned to its gospel beginnings, setting things off to a rousing start.  The closer, “I’ll Be Glad”, gets a similar treatment, providing a suitable bookend conclusion.  In between are congenial workouts on the Wilson Pickett gem “I Found A Love”, Hank Ballard’s “Sexy Ways” and Slim Harpo’s “Shake Your Hips”. Bassist Kid Anderson distinctively flavors the sound on various axes and Mr. Elvin Bishop adds guitar and some solid co-writes- the afore-mentioned “Glad” and “Rock Bottom”.
