Jumping out in front on Anthony Geraci’s latest offering are a trio of evocative instrumental ballads.  The blues pianist extraordinaire’s elegant touch ignites the feel of “Blues for Willie J.” and the fetchingly haunting “Memphis Mist”. The theme of “Lonely Country Road Blues” conjures a Floyd Cramer feel ideally suited for the set closer.  Straight-ahead blues is not overlooked, with tracks including Sugar Ray Norcia vocal features “Broken Mirror, Broken Mirror” and “Judge Oh Judge”.
