While composer John Lunn (“Downton Abbey”) introduces Vicar-turned-amateur sleuth Chambers with warm and breezy piano-and-strings passages, the seduction of crime solving gradually takes hold. Moods are in turn contemplative, inquisitive and sometimes troubling.  The tracks “Sweet William”, “The Human Heart” and “The Letter” reflect those darker moments and make for compelling atmosphere.
