Guitarist/vocalist Peter Parcek is nothing if not a mood setter.  Dark and brooding though it may be here, the early-on member of the London blues scene keeps it compelling throughout on covers of Blind Lemon Jefferson’s “See That My Grave Is Kept Clean” and Peter Green’s “World Keep On Turning” and originals of similar emotional color.  He counters these with a few tasty, up-mooded instrumental features of which “Pat Hare” is a standout.  Luther Dickinson and Spooner Oldham guest.
