Veteran vocalist Teresa James delivers the ballsy goods on a set divvied up roughly halfway between vintage covers and some very respectable originals, those being penned or co-penned by bassist/co-producer Terry Wilson.  Of the latter, the ballad “Forgetting You” is a kick-butt heart tugger in the Stax/Volt tradition. On the softer side, “Don’t Make A Habit of It” stands out as does “Easier Said Than Done” in a steamier space.  The band lineups are strong throughout.
